Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging TikTok live streaming sessions to promote products and drive brand awareness.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok content strategy, including scriptwriting and video planning.
- Interact with the live audience in real-time to answer questions, build rapport, and increase session retention.
- Analyze live stream metrics and viewer feedback to continuously improve content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live initiatives with broader promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and feature updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and fostering a positive brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a TikTok Live Host, content creator, or social media influencer.
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality, authentic short-form video content.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok platform, including its algorithm, trending audio, and editing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of video editing apps like CapCut is a significant advantage.
