- Host engaging live sessions on TikTok to interact with followers and viewers.
- Engage the audience through real-time comments, polls, Q&A sessions, and challenges.
- Promote products or services during live streams to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain a high energy level, positive demeanor, and professional appearance throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content themes and schedule live events.
- Monitor live analytics to understand viewer retention and improve interaction rates.
- Respond promptly to direct messages (DMs) and inquiries from potential customers.
Kualifikasi
- Must be confident, energetic, and friendly on camera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in live streaming, hosting, or social media management is preferred.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, features, and algorithm is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
