Tanggung Jawab
- Host and manage live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase products and engage with viewers in real-time.
- Drive sales conversions by effectively communicating product value and handling objections during broadcasts.
- Interact with the audience, answer questions, and maintain a high-energy, entertaining persona throughout the stream.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars, themes, and promotional strategies for live events.
- Monitor stream analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and improve viewer retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Ensure all live streams are technically sound, with proper lighting, audio, and equipment setup.
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication skills with a confident and charismatic personality.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, specifically TikTok and live streaming features.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new sales techniques and digital tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable device (smartphone or PC) capable of live streaming.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or content creation is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
