- Conduct engaging TikTok Live sessions to showcase crystal products to a global audience.
- Deliver product demonstrations with enthusiasm, highlighting the quality, history, and metaphysical properties of each piece.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to questions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Drive sales conversions by effectively communicating product value and creating a sense of urgency.
- Maintain a professional and tidy livestream setup, including lighting, product placement, and background aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan content themes and promotional events.
- Monitor audience metrics and feedback to continuously improve stream performance and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a livestream host, content creator, or a background in high-energy sales.
- Strong knowledge of, or a deep interest in, crystals and gemstones.
- Excellent communication skills with a vibrant, confident, and engaging personality on camera.
- Comfortable working with mobile streaming setups and social media platforms, specifically TikTok.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required by live traffic patterns.
- Excellent command of English; ability to speak additional languages is a plus for wider audience engagement.
