In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, trend‑aware video content that showcases our diverse product range, from everyday essentials to exclusive promotions. You will manage end‑to‑end TikTok product listings, monitor trending sounds, hashtags, and local topics to keep our content relevant and engaging. By analyzing performance metrics such as views, likes, shares, and conversion rates, you will continuously refine your strategy to maximize reach and increase sales.
You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely customer responses, and a smooth shopping experience for our TikTok audience. - Create and edit engaging TikTok videos that highlight product features, promotions, and brand stories to attract and convert viewers.
- Monitor and leverage TikTok trends, popular music, and local topics to keep content fresh, relevant, and shareable.
- Manage product listings on TikTok, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and inventory synchronization with the company’s sales system.
- Analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and provide weekly reports to optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to align on promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on TikTok, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to recommend new content ideas and sales tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience using TikTok for personal or business purposes, including content creation and trend awareness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and on‑screen presentations.
- Basic video editing proficiency (e.g., using TikTok’s built‑in tools, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of social media metrics and ability to interpret analytics to drive decisions.
