Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to scale the Personal Care category within TikTok Shop.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key FMCG stakeholders and drive partnership success.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to optimize product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, including GMV, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, specifically TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
