Are you a social commerce expert with a passion for driving growth? We are seeking a dynamic TikTok Shop Manager to lead our e-commerce operations in Denpasar. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital sales strategy, responsible for maximizing brand visibility, optimizing conversion rates, and scaling our presence on the TikTok platform.
You will collaborate with our creative team to execute high-impact campaigns, manage live-streaming schedules, and analyze performance data to ensure consistent revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end shop operations, including product listings, promotions, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with influencers and affiliates to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, conversion rate) to optimize sales campaigns.
- Plan and oversee high-engagement live-streaming sessions, including script preparation and host coaching.
- Maintain compliance with TikTok Shop policies and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging social commerce trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, specifically TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including advertising (TikTok Ads) and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with an eye for high-converting visual and video content.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
