Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize TikTok content, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics
- Oversee Shopee store operations, including product listings, order management, and customer service
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on both platforms
- Coordinate with marketing team to align content strategies with business objectives
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to implement best practices
