PT. Global Three Rock is urgently seeking a highly skilled Tire Engineer to join our team in Sulawesi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management, maintenance, and optimization of our tire assets, ensuring maximum fleet safety and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of tire inventories and stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
- Analyze tire performance data to optimize usage patterns and extend tire life, reducing operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with fleet operations teams to schedule tire replacements, retreading, and repairs effectively.
- Monitor tire wear and tear, preparing detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure all maintenance activities and inventory logs are accurately documented and up to date.
- Implement best practices for tire storage and handling to prevent damage and degradation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tire management, fleet engineering, or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Deep understanding of tire specifications, retreading procedures, and maintenance protocols.
- Ability to work in a remote location with a rotational roster (10:2 schedule).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
