Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive title searches using online public access systems and proprietary databases.
- Analyze and interpret property deeds, mortgages, easements, and other recorded documents.
- Identify potential title defects, liens, judgments, and encumbrances that may affect property ownership.
- Prepare accurate and professional title abstracts or preliminary title reports based on search findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify search results and resolve title-related issues.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and adhere to strict turnaround time (TAT) requirements for all assigned files.
- Stay updated with local real estate regulations and recording practices relevant to specific jurisdictions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience as a Title Examiner or Title Search Associate, preferably in US Real Estate.
- Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using online county recording systems and real estate search platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home (WFH) environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with title insurance industry standards is a significant advantage.
