Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of toll collection systems and traffic management equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in toll plaza systems, including lane controllers, barrier gates, and payment systems
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of toll and traffic systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document maintenance activities, system failures, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement temporary solutions as needed
- Train and mentor junior technicians on toll system operations and maintenance procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in toll systems
Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or related field
- Strong understanding of electronic systems, telecommunications, and computer networks
- Basic knowledge of toll collection systems and traffic management technology
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license is an advantage
