Tanggung Jawab
- Build, repair, and maintain precision moulds to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Operate and program CNC machines for precision mould components
- Utilize EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment for intricate mould details
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD specifications
- Perform precision machining with tight tolerances to exact specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of moulds and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering team to improve mould designs and manufacturing processes
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of mould maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tool & Die Mould Maker
- Proficiency in CNC machining and programming
- Experience with EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD specifications
- Expertise in precision machining with tight tolerances
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of various mould materials and their properties
- Certification in tool and die making is an advantage
