Tanggung Jawab
- Design, fabricate, and modify metal stamping tools and dies
- Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration of production tooling
- Diagnose tooling failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on tooling optimization
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Document tooling specifications and maintenance procedures
- Train operators on proper tool usage and handling
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in metal stamping tool maintenance
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques
- Familiarity with CNC machining and grinding processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Physical fitness for handling heavy tools and equipment
