Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the fabrication, repair, and modification of tooling fixtures and molds to support production needs.
- Monitor tooling performance during production runs to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize machine downtime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement process improvements and safety protocols.
- Document tooling history, maintenance logs, and technical specifications accurately.
- Ensure all tooling activities comply with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Provide immediate technical assistance to the production team as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Making, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining, molding, and metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety.
- Basic knowledge of quality control measures and ISO standards is preferred.
