Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed tooling solutions, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing processes.
- Create accurate fabrication drawings, assembly layouts, and bill of materials (BOM) using CAD software.
- Analyze existing production lines to identify areas for design improvements and efficiency upgrades.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure designs meet practical production requirements.
- Conduct regular design reviews to verify quality standards, safety protocols, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide technical support during the fabrication and installation phases of new tooling projects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all design changes, revisions, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all tooling designs comply with project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in tooling design or industrial machinery design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, material properties, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and engineering schematics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based industrial environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
