Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop complex tooling components using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for molds, dies, and fixtures.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Perform tolerance analysis and ensure compliance with GD&T standards.
- Conduct design reviews and troubleshoot tooling issues during the prototyping phase.
- Prepare technical documentation and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for production.
- Stay updated on the latest tooling technologies and manufacturing techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tooling design or mold making.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of injection molding or die-casting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
