Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-precision tooling systems to support manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of tooling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot tooling-related issues on the production floor and implement rapid, sustainable corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to optimize tooling designs for cost and quality improvements.
- Manage the documentation and technical drawings for all tooling modifications and new tool builds.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing projects.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for spare parts and critical tooling components.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tooling engineering or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, material properties, and tool design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
