Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on dies, jigs, and fixtures to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate tooling inventory records
- Analyze tool wear patterns and recommend design improvements for longevity
- Train operators on proper tool handling and usage procedures
- Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool and Die Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tool maintenance or manufacturing tooling
- Proficiency in precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and tool design principles
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Certification in tool maintenance or quality control preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
