Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate setup and maintenance of cutting tools for CNC machining centers.
- Manage tool inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to extend tool life.
- Monitor production performance and report tool-related issues to the Engineering team.
- Ensure all tooling operations comply with strict safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production planners to optimize tool usage and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Tooling Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with CNC machines, tool holders, and cutting inserts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (relevant to the location).
