You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tooling systems, with a specialized focus on precision laser welding applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of precision tooling and jigs.
- Operate and monitor laser welding equipment to ensure high-quality welding outcomes.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues on the production floor to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the design and modification of tooling components to improve production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of molds and tooling to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tooling maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges during manufacturing cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Tooling Technician, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with laser welding technology is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD software.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
