We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tool Maker / Designer / CAM Programmer to join our technical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, programming, and manufacturing of precision tooling and molds, ensuring our production processes meet the highest industry standards.
As part of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and physical production. You will utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to create tooling solutions and operate state-of-the-art CNC and EDM machinery to bring those designs to life. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and manufacture complex tooling, jigs, and fixtures using CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam).
- Program CNC and EDM machines to ensure accurate and efficient production of precision parts.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications (GD&T).
- Perform regular quality inspections and measurements using measuring instruments such as CMM.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers and production teams to optimize tooling efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Maintain and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Tool Maker, Mold Maker, or CNC Programmer.
- Proficient in using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM programming (Mastercam, NX, or G-Code).
- Strong understanding of CNC milling and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) operations.
- Excellent knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
