Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Process Engineering team in the daily maintenance and calibration of production tools and equipment.
- Support the design and modification of tooling components to improve manufacturing efficiency and output quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all tools comply with safety standards and operational requirements.
- Collect and analyze data related to tool performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Participate in root-cause analysis for tooling failures and help implement corrective actions.
- Document technical specifications, maintenance schedules, and engineering changes accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks related to equipment downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cikampek, Jawa Barat, and follow shift schedules if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
