Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a primary technical contact for enterprise customers using Google Cloud's database and storage solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Cloud SQL, Spanner, BigQuery, and other Google Cloud database technologies
- Develop and implement solutions that help customers optimize their cloud infrastructure and database performance
- Create technical documentation, best practices, and deployment guides for Google Cloud database and storage services
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements
- Delight customers through exceptional technical support and proactive problem-solving
- Stay current with the latest Google Cloud technologies and industry trends in databases and storage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in database administration, software development, or technical support
- Deep expertise in at least one major database technology (SQL, NoSQL, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
