- Deliver expert-level technical consulting for Google Cloud networking products (VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud VPN)
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer networking issues with minimal disruption
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product enhancements
- Develop and deliver technical workshops, documentation, and best-practice guidance
- Represent Google Cloud at technical conferences and customer forums
- Proactively identify emerging networking trends and customer requirements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge repositories
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in networking solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer support
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, VPNs, load balancing, and cloud networking architectures
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Linux/Unix environments
- Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer certification preferred
- Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid architectures
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
