- Design and implement robust storage solutions on Google Cloud Platform for enterprise customers
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and Google's product teams
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Google Cloud storage services
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions
- Create detailed technical documentation, solution architectures, and implementation guides
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Stay current with Google Cloud's storage offerings and industry best practices
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in cloud storage solutions, preferably with Google Cloud Platform
- Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Storage, Filestore, and Persistent Disk
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with enterprise-level storage architectures and best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
