Compensation & Benefits
We are offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₱100,000 to ₱150,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, performance bonuses, and continuous learning opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA.
- Create and manage automated test scripts for complex web, mobile, and API applications.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to define comprehensive test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Integrate automation suites into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Analyze test execution results, perform root cause analysis, and report defects clearly.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in test automation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve test processes and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
- Expert-level experience with Tricentis TOSCA (TOSCA Automation Specialist or similar certification is highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid).
- Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI).
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and Mobile automation (TOSCA Mobile).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
