We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TOSCA Automation Engineer to join our team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. As a key member of our IT team, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test suites using Tricentis TOSCA. Your primary focus will be to ensure the flawless execution of test plans, identify defects, and work collaboratively with developers to resolve issues promptly. You will play a strategic role in shifting our testing processes left, integrating automated checks directly into our CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute advanced TOSCA test scripts for complex enterprise applications.
- Implement and maintain scalable TOSCA-based automation frameworks and test suites.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create robust test cases.
- Integrate TOSCA tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and report defects using tracking tools like JIRA.
- Mentor junior engineers on TOSCA best practices and automation standards.
- Perform risk analysis and test planning for upcoming releases.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression, and API testing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software test automation.
- Strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA (Tosca Commander, Test Design, Test Execution).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Programming knowledge in Java, C#, or Python is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
