Are you a seasoned maintenance professional passionate about operational excellence? APP Group is seeking a highly skilled Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Expert to join our manufacturing facility in Kabupaten Serang. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our equipment reliability initiatives, focusing on optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As our TPM Expert, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and strategic plant performance. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement autonomous maintenance programs, eliminate losses through systematic root cause analysis, and ensure our production lines operate at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive TPM strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) across all production lines.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions.
- Design and oversee autonomous maintenance schedules, empowering operators to take ownership of machine health.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and proactively address reliability issues.
- Mentor and coach staff on TPM methodologies, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production departments to integrate maintenance needs into plant-wide workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive equipment strategy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, safety protocols, and industrial maintenance best practices.
