Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tour bookings, reservations, and itineraries
- Coordinate with tour guides, drivers, and suppliers
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints
- Prepare tour documentation and promotional materials
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Monitor tour schedules and logistics
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in tour operations or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in booking software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Bali attractions and tourism industry
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
