- Design personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and destination expertise
- Research and recommend attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local experiences
- Process bookings, reservations, and travel documentation efficiently
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and post-trip follow-ups with exceptional service
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination developments
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive packages and exclusive offers
- Maintain detailed client records and manage booking systems accurately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism/hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years in travel advisory, customer service, or tourism role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages valuable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian destinations and international hotspots
- Proficiency in GDS systems, booking platforms, and CRM software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid tourism certification (e.g., IATA) advantageous
