- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Design and customize travel itineraries that align with client interests and requirements
- Sell travel packages, tours, and related services to achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on travel destinations, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Handle booking processes, documentation, and travel arrangements from start to finish
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in travel agency, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Deep knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid travel industry certifications are a plus
