- Manage counter sales operations and lead tour groups with professionalism and expertise
- Handle comprehensive client inquiries regarding travel packages, destinations, and services
- Execute sales closures and process bookings through integrated reservation systems
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate tour logistics including transportation, accommodations, and activities
- Deliver engaging commentary and ensure safety compliance during tour operations
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and tour performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field with 1-2 years relevant experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer service within the travel industry
- Valid Tour Guide License issued by Singapore Tourism Board (STB)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages
- Strong proficiency in travel reservation systems and CRM software
- Crisis management abilities with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to conduct extended walking tours and variable work schedules
