- Plan and book comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring optimal schedules and cost-efficiency.
- Provide expert recommendations on domestic and international destinations, offering tailored advice based on client preferences, interests, and budgets.
- Create detailed, day-by-day itineraries that maximize client experiences while strictly adhering to travel logistics and time zones.
- Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues proactively and providing timely updates on bookings.
- Coordinate closely with travel vendors, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, visa requirements, and insurance arrangements to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, attractions, and regulatory changes to offer valuable and current insights.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in travel planning, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail when managing complex schedules and reservations.
- Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
