Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and informative tours highlighting Batam's cultural heritage and natural attractions
- Provide personalized assistance and address guest inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Ensure seamless coordination of tour logistics, schedules, and transportation arrangements
- Maintain deep knowledge of local attractions, history, and cultural significance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate with hospitality teams to maintain service excellence across all touchpoints
- Uphold safety standards and emergency protocols during all tour activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tour guiding or hospitality guest relations
- Exceptional communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proven ability to create engaging, culturally-sensitive experiences for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach
- Valid tour guide certification and local area knowledge of Batam/Kepulauan Riau
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in digital tools for tour management and guest communication
