Katibe House Restaurant is seeking an experienced Tour Leader to manage our Turkish tour groups in beautiful Bali. In this role, you will act as the face of our company, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.
You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless travel experiences, providing insightful commentary, and managing the day-to-day logistics of our tours. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional problem-solving skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end tour itinerary execution for Turkish-speaking guest groups.
- Provide comprehensive briefings and professional support throughout the tour duration.
- Manage group logistics, including transportation, restaurant reservations, and activity scheduling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Deliver engaging, accurate, and culturally relevant information about Bali’s tourist attractions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and high-quality service protocols.
- Facilitate smooth communication between international guests and local vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Tour Leader, Guide, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Fluent in both Turkish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography, culture, and tourist destinations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to multitask, lead large groups, and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible work schedule, including availability for weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive, guest-first mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
