In this role, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities across FITs (Free Independent Travelers), leisure groups, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share and ensuring our clients receive world-class travel experiences.
Your day-to-day will involve managing the full lifecycle of tour operations, from identifying potential leads and negotiating contracts to coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local guides. You will act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality service delivery. - Develop and execute sales strategies to target and secure new business opportunities in the China inbound market.
- Manage end-to-end operations for FITs and leisure group bookings, ensuring all logistics are seamless.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key Chinese travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, including hotels, transportation, and guides, to guarantee exceptional service standards.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and contracts with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth areas.
- Handle complex client inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Tour Operations, specifically within the China Inbound sector.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication.
- Strong knowledge of the MICE and leisure travel industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
