Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop customized tour itineraries aligned with client preferences and market trends
- Prepare detailed travel quotations including accommodation, transportation, and activity costs
- Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and transportation providers to secure competitive rates
- Manage client inquiries, provide destination expertise, and build lasting relationships
- Continuously update tour packages to maintain market competitiveness and relevance
- Conduct market research to identify new tourism opportunities and emerging destinations
- Monitor budget compliance and optimize cost-effectiveness of tour operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in tour planning or travel product development
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tourism destinations and logistics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional languages advantageous
