Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, curate, and maintain competitive tour itineraries for Europe, Mediterranean, and ANZAC destinations.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with local ground handlers, hotels, and service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Lead end-to-end tour operations, ensuring seamless execution from booking to post-tour feedback.
- Analyze product performance, sales data, and market trends to optimize pricing and itinerary competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling promotional materials for new tour launches.
- Resolve operational escalations and manage crisis situations to ensure passenger safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging travel trends and new destination opportunities.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management to support strategic planning and budgeting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tour product management, operations, or travel consultancy.
- Deep working knowledge of European, Mediterranean, and ANZAC travel routes and seasonal tourism patterns.
- Proven negotiation skills with international travel suppliers and vendors.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and travel booking systems.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
