Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking clients regarding tour packages, itineraries, and general inquiries.
- Assist in processing tour bookings, reservations, and managing necessary travel documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Promote Sabah’s tourism products and highlight unique local attractions to potential travelers.
- Manage communication channels (email, chat, phone) to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and travel information within the company system.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written) with a good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or the tourism industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail in booking management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of local Sabah tourism would be a distinct advantage.
