Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process flight tickets, hotel reservations, and travel package bookings efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored itinerary solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all reservations and customer data within the reservation system.
- Handle incoming inquiries, cancellations, and changes to existing bookings with professionalism and speed.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and partners to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa requirements, and airline policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in ticketing, travel agency operations, or hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar GDS) is a significant advantage.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
