Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate and maneuver swamp barges in complex drilling environments
- Implement strict process safety protocols for all drilling operations
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Proactively manage HSE risks and report safety hazards immediately
- Coordinate with drilling teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety training
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in swamp barge operations or marine logistics
- Proven expertise in process safety for drilling operations
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
- Strong understanding of drilling equipment and marine systems
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions with irregular hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid maritime operator certification preferred
