Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the collection, laundering, and distribution of towels and linens throughout the facility.
- Monitor inventory levels of towels and gym amenities to ensure continuous availability.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the towel storage and laundry service areas.
- Perform regular rounds of the gym and locker rooms to collect used towels and restock stations.
- Assist in the general maintenance and hygiene of facility amenity areas to uphold brand standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the operations manager immediately.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding facility amenities.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols regarding laundry handling and sanitation.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding role that involves lifting and walking.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in basic English is a plus.
