Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and strategic TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Chief Engineer to join our expanding team in Karangan, Kedah. As a key leader in our engineering department, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, minimizing equipment downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.
In this high-impact role, you will lead the implementation of TPM pillars, mentor cross-functional teams, and oversee the reliability engineering strategy. We are looking for a visionary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize our technical output and performance metrics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement the overall TPM strategy to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reduce production waste.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving initiatives for critical equipment failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee the execution of autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance schedules across all production lines.
- Mentor and train technical staff on advanced troubleshooting, reliability-centered maintenance, and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize line setup and transition times.
- Manage equipment lifecycle planning, including procurement specifications and technology upgrades.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment health, maintenance costs, and facility safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in maintenance management or TPM leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of implementing TPM, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Expertise in technical diagnostics, PLC systems, and industrial automation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools and maintenance software (CMMS).
- Professional certification in TPM or Reliability Engineering is highly desirable.
