Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update real-time tracking systems for all shipments in the supply chain
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipment data and delivery status
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all tracking activities and generate operational reports
- Communicate shipment status updates to stakeholders and customers
- Identify bottlenecks in tracking processes and propose optimization solutions
- Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support compliance with international tracking regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or tracking systems
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and transportation processes
