Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track active shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential shipping delays or disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and data logs in the company’s management system.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize transit routes and logistics efficiency.
- Provide detailed status reports to management regarding cargo movement and supply chain health.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries regarding shipment locations and delivery timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or tracking roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule as required by global operational needs.
