In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain by monitoring shipments, communicating with carriers, and maintaining real-time visibility of our freight.
As a Track & Trace Associate, you will serve as the vital link between our warehouse operations and transport partners. You will proactively follow up on load statuses, resolve delivery discrepancies, and ensure our customers receive their orders on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track shipment statuses in real-time using logistics systems and carrier portals.
- Communicate proactively with internal dispatch teams and external carriers regarding load delays or issues.
- Update and maintain accurate records of tracking numbers, delivery times, and current locations.
- Resolve discrepancies in delivery documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth handover of goods upon arrival.
- Generate and distribute daily or weekly status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in troubleshooting transportation-related problems to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems is a plus.
