As a key member of our agricultural operations team, you'll operate heavy farm equipment to support land preparation, material transport, and infrastructure maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate tractors and attached equipment for land preparation, planting, and harvesting activities
- Transport agricultural materials, supplies, and harvested goods across farm premises
- Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and basic troubleshooting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and operational guidelines during all tasks
- Assist in farm infrastructure maintenance including road grading and drainage management
- Document equipment usage, maintenance logs, and operational reports
- Collaborate with farm management team to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in agriculture or heavy equipment operation
- Minimum 1-2 years experience operating tractors and farm machinery
- Valid driver's license with Class 1 or 3 endorsement (Philippines)
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment maintenance and safety standards
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills for hydraulic and engine systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
