Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and implement international trade regulations (EAR, ITAR, customs laws) for export/import activities
- Review and prepare trade compliance documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, shipping permits)
- Conduct risk assessments on international shipments and ensure adherence to compliance protocols
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and legal teams to resolve compliance issues and provide guidance
- Maintain and update trade compliance databases and audit trails
- Stay current on regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on compliance implications
- Support internal/external audits and compliance reporting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in trade compliance, export/import operations, or regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Certification in trade compliance (e.g., NACS, CTPAT) preferred
- Proficiency in trade management software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment
