Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Vasham is seeking a highly organized Trade Execution Administrator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will act as the backbone of our trading operations, ensuring seamless documentation, precise billing, and accurate data management within our ERP systems.
As our Trade Execution Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our trading lifecycle. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical skills, and maintains a high degree of accuracy under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end documentation process for all trading activities to ensure full compliance.
- Execute and manage accurate billing processes, ensuring all invoices are processed timely and error-free.
- Perform daily SAP transactions to maintain real-time inventory and financial data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in trade documentation or logistics.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Support the trading desk with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Generate and analyze daily trading reports to assist management in decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP software) is mandatory.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of trading documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
