As a Trade Executive, your principal mission will be to lead and execute commercial strategies, with a specific focus on our digital "Spot On" instant-quoting and booking activities. You will act as the key link between market demand and operational execution, ensuring that our vessels sail at optimal capacity while maximizing revenue contribution. By tracking market fluctuations, analyzing competitor behaviors, and working closely with local agencies, you will directly influence regional trade profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the commercial development of the Red Sea trade lane to meet and exceed volume and revenue targets.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the pricing strategy for "Spot On" digital booking channels.
- Analyze market demand, supply dynamics, and competitor activity to adjust pricing and trade strategies proactively.
- Coordinate closely with regional agency networks and local sales teams to maximize vessel utilization and cargo intake.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including load factors, average freight rates, and contribution margins.
- Assist in cargo forecasting, space allocation management, and resolving booking disputes or equipment challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in container shipping, ocean freight, or trade lane management.
- Strong understanding of maritime commerce, particularly within the Middle East or Red Sea trade corridors.
- Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
